Your complaint is forwarded for processing by our competent partner.
If necessary, you will be asked for additional information or clarifications.
A decision is taken in our business about how to handle the complaint.
Within 30 days of receiving the complaint within our business at the latest, you will receive (depending on the significance of the complaint) an oral or written briefing on the actions we have decided to take.
If you are still unsatisfied, we will ask for a meeting with you to try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
